Step One

Before Any Paved surface can be cleaned and restored the work area needs to be prepared. This means everything has to be removed of the paved area.

 

Step Two

To ensure a deep even clean DJI use a high pressured rotary paving cleaning head which is attached to a high pressure washer. This machine helps to remove stains and algae by providing a concentrated jet of water to the surface of the paved area. Our high pressure rotary head ensures that the paving is cleaned evenly without leaving unsightly lines when the job is finished.

Once the paving has been thoroughly cleaned it is then aloud to dry.

Step Five

During block paving cleaning the kiln dried sand in-between the joints of the block paving can get washed out. Once the block paving is completely dry new kiln dried sand is then swept back into the joints.

Optional step six

After the cleaning and re-sanding or re-pointing of any paved area further protection and colour enhancement can be provided using paving sealants. The sealant forms a protective coat over the paving, this prevents any thing directly touching the paving protecting it from wear and tear, staining and colour loss due to uv bleaching. Not only that the sealant helps to bring out the colour of the paving so that it always looks its best.
